FTL (Full Truck Load) or full truck is the land transport service in which a full truck is dedicated for a single load. In FTL service, large loads are usually transported, capable of occupying an entire truck. This is also functional for delicate loads.

LTL (Less Than Truck Load) is the cargo transport service in which the truck and the costs are shared by several clients. That is, since each customer's shipment does not require a full 48- or 53-foot truck, the part of the truck that is not fully used by one customer's cargo is filled with other customers' cargo. Each client pays according to the type (class), quantity, weight, size and density of the load, as well as the duration of the trip. That is why the LTL is the cheapest option among the different ground transportation services.
